Cash on delivery. You pay the courier when the order arrives, so nothing leaves your hands before the products are in them.

Anywhere in Lebanon, for a flat $4. Next day in Beirut, two to three days elsewhere. We do not deliver outside Lebanon yet; our Dubai branch is opening soon.

Dr. Elias Saab, Ph.D., formulates and mixes them in one laboratory in Marjayoun, South Lebanon. Twenty years of it. Nothing is licensed out to a contract manufacturer.

They are formulated for aestheticians, salons and clinics rather than for use at home — professional masks, the mesotherapy ampoules and the Hydra Pro litres. If you work in the field, sign in with a professional account to see pricing and order them.

Once an order is confirmed it cannot be returned or exchanged, so please check the size and the product before you confirm. If a product arrives damaged, tell us straight away on WhatsApp with a photo and we will sort it out with you case by case.

Start from what you want to change rather than from a product name — the catalogue filters by concern, and the ingredient list explains what each active actually does. If that does not settle it, message us: tell us your skin and what you have already tried, and we will suggest something rather than sell you the most expensive thing.

Ask your doctor or dermatologist first, particularly about retinol and the stronger acids. These are cosmetics, not medicines, and nothing here is intended to diagnose or treat a condition — we would rather you check than guess.
